LiveSafer Unlimited is an easy-to-use backup program with all the advantages of an on-line backup solution, without monthly charges. You can use your own (USB) hard disk for storage of your backup files so there is no backup limit and no additional storage charge!
With LiveSafer Unlimited you can make your first backup stored at your own (USB) hard disk with the speed of the USB port. When finished, you can relocate the USB hard disk to another location, connected to another computer connected to the Internet and running LiveSafer. LiveSafer will find this new location and automatically continue to backup your newly added or changed files. When needed, a single file can be selected and recovered from the backup by using the drag-and-drop or copy/paste functionality like you are used to in the Windows environment. In case of a loss of all files it is also possible to restore your backup by connecting the USB hard disk with the backup files directly to the replacement computer. In this way, there is no dependency on the Internet connection speed between the backup files location and the replacement computer. The file restore will be executed at the speed of the USB connection.
